Your generosity enables Hospice of Dubuque to continue to offer compassionate care to those with terminal illnesses and their families regardless of income, insurance coverage or ability to pay. Our bereavement and educational programs are supported, in their entirety, by fundraisers, donations and memorials. Hospice of Dubuque is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.   Donations may be made by:     using Paypal to make an online donation. Add the name of the person of whom the gift is in honor or memory and we will contact a family member (the amount is never mentioned to the family).   mailing your gift to Hospice of Dubuque, 1670 JFK Road, Dubuque, IA 52002. Enclose a check or money order payable to Hospice of Dubuque or supply your Visa/Mastercard/Discover information. Please include a note indicating of whom the gift is in honor or memory and the name and address of the family member you wish us to notify.   calling Hospice of Dubuque at 563.582.1220 to provide your Visa/Mastercard/Discover information. Your gift will be promptly acknowledged with a receipt. If requested, we will also send notification of your gift to the person(s) you have identified.
