The success of this event ensures that all the proceeds will remain right here in our tri-state community, helping Hospice of Dubuque to continue providing compassionate care to patients and families. Additionally, funds support bereavement services and educational programs, ensuring that we can support those in need during their most challenging times.
Phil Schwinn who died on March 21 after a brave battle with cancer.
Phil served as the chair of the Big Duffer Hospice Golf Outing for over 15 years.
Phil was a Hospice of Dubuque patient care volunteer along with his wife Linda.
Angie Kalmes Miller who died unexpectedly on June 4.
Angie had been a part of the planning committee for many years.
Her dad, Jim Miller continues to serve on the committee and her husband,
TJ Kalmes provides the steaks for the meal at the golf outing.
